Job Summary

Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of sales team and business expansion/development to achieve the company's sales goals by formulating sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy: Develop sales strategy and sales plan in line with the company's strategic objectives to ensure the team completes performance metrics.
  • Business Development: Proactively lead the team to explore new market opportunities and establish new and profitable business models, especially in the NEV area.
  • Management: Form and cultivate an effective sales team, set assessment standards, and motivate team members to actively engage in work.
  • Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establishes and maintains good relationships with important customers, understands customer needs, provides customized solutions, and improves customer satisfaction.
  • Analysis and Competitor Research: Analyzes market dynamics and studies competitors' products, prices, and sales strategies, providing the basis for the company to formulate a targeted sales strategy.
  • Contract Negotiation and Signing: Participate in business negotiations with important customers, sign sales contracts, and ensure that the terms of the contract are in the company's interest.
  • Operational Excellence: Continuously work on customer account, product portfolio, account receivable, sales forecasting, and inventory management to improve business profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above preferred in Business, Marketing, or related degree desired.
  • Minimum five years of experience in sales management and extensive experience in sales team formation and management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent skills in persuasion and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of automobile systems and automotive industry.
  • Good initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand financial information and analyze financial aspects of a deal.
  • Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment satisfying multiple customers.
  • Record of accomplishment of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Team spirit that leads teams together to meet market challenges. High pressure resistance to maintain high efficiency in high-intensity working environments.
  • Excellent project management/organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Verbal and written communications in both English and Chinese.

Travel Frequency: National travel with reasonable frequency.
