Job Overview

Veolia Technologies, a global leader in environmental solutions, seeks a seasoned sales professional to lead our China sales team. As Senior Sales Director for Analytical Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand our market presence and increase market share.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering customer value.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales in the related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, preferably in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or chemical engineering.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and fluent English.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
