Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business expansion in the MA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and establishing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategy: Create a sales plan aligned with company objectives to meet performance metrics.
  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, establish new business models, and explore NEV area growth.
  • Management: Build and motivate an effective sales team, set assessment standards, and ensure active engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
  • Analysis and Competitor Research: Analyze market dynamics, study competitors' products and strategies, and inform targeted sales approaches.
  • Contract Negotiation and Signing: Participate in business negotiations, sign contracts, and ensure terms are favorable to the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development Teams to deliver customer projects and programs.
  • Operational Excellence: Continuously improve customer account management, product portfolio, account receivable, sales forecasting, and inventory management to boost profitability.
  • Sales Enablement: Schedule and participate in tech suites, trade shows, and product presentations to sell full-service solutions.
  • Global Strategy Support: Provide COEM overseas strategy support and contribute to export business growth.
