This role will be responsible for performing risk assessments on High Risk Third Parties globally, analyzing results for decision-making and risk assessment, preparing Due Diligence reports and summaries, and collaborating with global Business Requestors, Third Parties, Regional Compliance Directors, Business Legal, and Ethics.

Responsibilities

  2. Perform Third Party Due Diligence research and screening for all High Risk Third Parties.">
  3. Analyze results for decision-making and risk assessment on High Risk Third Parties globally.">
  4. Prepare and organize Due Diligence reports and summaries to be reviewed by the Legal Compliance department.">
  5. Collaborate and communicate between global Business Requestors, Third Parties, Regional Compliance Directors, Business Legal, and Ethics.">

Candidates for this role must possess excellent academic credentials, including a minimum Bachelor's degree in a legal or business discipline. Proficiency in technology used in the activities above and ability to work collaboratively within a global team framework are also required.
