Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited is seeking a results-driven Sr. Account Manager to drive China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business on Amazon Global marketplaces.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering results, and providing primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers. They will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, developing strategies to maximize these relationships, and working with clients to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with sellers to grow their business and success on Amazon Stores
  • Define category trends and opportunities, work on category development plans in terms of strategy, goal, and tactics
  • Keep fine-tuning working processes, improve productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying
Planning/Analysis
  • Conduct deep dive analyses on issues affecting seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement
  • Analyze category and territory trends, diagnose root causes of performance, and create actionable plans for operational improvements
  • Define territories, opportunities, goals (Input/Output), and strategies within designated categories
  • Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan
  • Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework
Leadership
  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship for the highest standard of seller experience

  • 3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Bachelor's degree
