Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Results-Driven Account Manager to join our team in Shanghai or Shenzhen. As an integral part of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for our China-based sellers on Amazon Global marketplaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Account Managers to work with sellers to grow their presence and business on Amazon Global marketplaces.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize relationships with key accounts and drive results.
  • Provide primary post-sales support to third-party sellers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and procedures, driving operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in team management, account management, and analytical roles.
  • Experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills in English and Chinese.
  • Able to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically.
  • Demonstrated track record of working in cross-functional and international environments.
