As a key member of the Existing Seller Management (ESM) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering on our vision to offer customers Earth's largest selection. Our Marketplace business exists in 20 countries, and we are looking for a skilled operations lead to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and implementing operational foundations for the Strategic Accounts Team, including mechanisms and tools for business planning, reviews, and data-driven analytical skills. You will also be driving ESM-level strategic projects with global and cross-functional stakeholders, requiring strong influencing skills, program management capability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and improvement in the Strategic Accounts Team
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to create and optimize dashboards and data tools to support team analytics and decision-making
  • Own business planning and forecasting processes, aligning goals with central planning teams
  • Drive project alignment across cross-functional and global stakeholders
  • Invent and simplify existing procedures to innovate for business evolution

About the Team

You will join a diverse team composed of seasoned business leaders and senior account managers who partner with China-based strategic sellers for long-term growth on Amazon. This team values a curious mind, long-term relationships, and genuine optimism when approaching problems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience conducting sophisticated analysis of complex data and translating results into actionable deliverables
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of sales operations experience

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
