We are seeking an experienced Senior Seller Account Manager to join our team in Shanghai. This role will focus on delivering business growth and maximizing revenue generation by providing Amazon services to sellers, including launching FBA on our global third-party marketplace.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data analysis skills to identify opportunities for sellers to succeed on our platform
  • Work with leadership and program management teams to develop overall strategies and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with sellers to drive feature adoption rates and enhance customer experience
  • Monitor seller performance and provide consulting services to help them grow their businesses
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned product categories, including seasonality and market trends
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS
  • 5+ years of account management or program management experience in the e-commerce/retail industry
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment

Salary: Estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
