Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Management Lead to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing dynamic account portfolios and a proven ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. This role will involve owning the strategy and direction of a team to identify, qualify, and engage with Amazon existing sellers for the Amazon Business Marketplace.

Responsibilities will include meeting or exceeding quotas, revenue targets, and operational metrics, as well as analyzing business performance and providing executive-level reporting. The successful candidate will also have the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as advocate on behalf of sellers and other external stakeholders to influence product roadmap.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Experience successfully managing dynamic account portfolios
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience in export e-commerce, OBM/ODM supply chain, and offline B2B business development in North America
