About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Design Leader to join our growing roster of clients in Greater China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing world-class design strategies that drive business growth and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design strategy, innovation, and leadership. You will have a deep understanding of the Chinese market and its nuances, as well as the ability to navigate complex business environments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic design plans that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and sustainability
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in design strategy, innovation, or a related field
  • Strong background in design principles, creativity, and problem-solving
  • Proven track record of leading successful design projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
