At Link Compliance, we are looking for a skilled Dynamics Equipment Technical Specialist to join our team in Shanghai or Beijing.

We manufacture highly reliable engineered pumps and compressors for global companies in various industries.
About the Role
This is a dynamic role that involves reviewing customer technical requirements, product sizing, and completing technical proposals by working with our foreign applications team.
You will be responsible for technical clarifications with EPCs, foreign application teams, and suppliers, participating in technical negotiations, and concluding technical agreements.
Additionally, you will make up bidding documents as requested by RFQ and provide technical support during the execution of contractual projects.
Responsibilities
- Review customer technical requirements and product sizing
- Work with foreign applications team to complete technical proposals
- Participate in technical negotiations and conclude agreements
- Create bidding documents as per RFQ requirements
- Provide technical support during project execution
Requirements
- University degree or above in science and engineering (chemical machinery, control systems, mechanical design, etc.)
- Familiarity with relevant standards and requirements of petrochemical and chemical industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience in centrifugal compressors or dynamic equipment technical support
- Able to manage technical communication and exchange with foreign manufacturers
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, frank, optimistic, enterprising, and enthusiastic about work
- Adaptability to short-term business trips
- Proficient in IT capabilities
Language
English is the primary language used in this role, both spoken and written.
Estimated Salary Range: RMB 120,000 - 180,000 per annum
