Overview MU financial manager as partner with MU sales director to drive business sustainable profitable growth, KPI achievement, drive control improvement, balance business opportunity/risk and lead MU financial agenda. The following is a details breakdown of key functions and accountabilities for MU FM. Responsibilities Business Partnering Partner with MU sales director/MT Channel manager/Trade marketing manager to build up building block and identify growth engine for MU top line growth, develop quantify business action plan and financial plan, ensuring the financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Prepare financial forecast, helping the organization anticipate future financial performance and plan accordingly. Responsible for MU MDF investment management, providing guiding principles and ensuring implementation to support MU’s business needs in both the short and long term. Strategic financial planning and analysis Implementing the company's financial strategy from BU, aligning it with the overall business objectives Conducting thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, potential risks, and providing the financial insights to MU management team for strategic decision-making. Financial Reporting and compliance Lead MU financial agenda, including finance daily operation, month end closing, reporting, finance monthly rolling forecast, interact with MU sales director and finance director to drive AOP target delivery. Present financial performance of the organization, regularly monitoring financial indicators and take corrective actions when necessary. conduct performance tracking and ensure solid returns for investment, Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, and upholding high ethical standards, Partner with Finance control team to conduct BSR and COSO testing and GCS workshop. Risk management Identifying assessing and mitigating financial risks, such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk. Fully own S2C (sales to collection) process 4 key control objectives to sure no any violations. Qualifications Educational Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is usually required. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or other relevant professional certifications are also highly valued. Financial Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, financial forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Ability to use various financial tools and software for data analysis and decision support. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial data with the company’s strategic goals, provide support for senior management decision-making, and assist in developing business strategies and planning. Leadership Skills: Capable of leading and managing a team, including training, motivating, and evaluating team members to ensure efficient team performance. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities, able to clearly convey complex financial information and recommendations to senior management with non-financial backgrounds. Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify business trends and risks, and propose improvements. Compliance and Risk Management: Understanding of relevant financial regulations and standards, ensuring that the company’s financial activities comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, and managing financial risks. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the FMCG industry, able to comprehend market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive environment, and integrate these factors into financial decision-making. Adaptability: Ability to remain flexible in a rapidly changing environment and respond quickly to market and business changes. Working Location The job involves daily work in Shanghai, with regular travel required.
