JOB DESCRIPTION

角色的主要目的 Main Purpose of the Role:

负责管理集团品牌（产品线），从规划到执行的整个品牌线生命周期，以支持组织战略和目标。分析集团品牌定位和消费者洞察。将品牌元素转化为计划和上市战略。

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities

1 达成当年财务指标

1）达成所辖产品线的终端销售指标，利润率指标，重点客户销售指标

2）所辖产品线中国区预测达到不缺货，慢销滞销产品占比符合公司要求

3）管理相应市场活动费用和样品费用不超预算

2 清晰制定所辖产品和术式的开发推广策略

1）制定清晰的产品线推广策略包括老产品退市，新品升级计划，目标细分市场推广和价格策略

2）新品上市计划和执行，并达成当年新品销售目标（注：三年内拿证的产品都定义为新品）

3）同行业产品信息收集和应对策略

4）所辖产品各省市场后VBP准入计划和推动执行

3 协助执行各项市场活动并跟进活动有效性

1）持续跟进重点产品在目标细分市场，目标机构的增长并提供数据反馈给销售团队；

2）和销售团队一起对接机构医生高质量执行各类品牌活动

4 销售支持和内部沟通协调

1）为销售团队准备必要的销售工具，宣传单页和其他用于和客户沟通的资料

2）成为所辖产品和相关术式的专家，定期为销售团队提供培训，准备市场常见问题清单和建议答案

3）发送内部战报，表彰相关产品线优秀的销售同事，提升内部对产品和品牌的兴奋度

5 合规建设和跨部门合作

1）确保自身严格遵守公司的各项合规政策并应要求顺利完成各项培训

2）积极配合销售部，培训部，专业教育部等支持部门的各项活动；并协助收集相关信息或参与跨部门项目

3）熟悉公司内部各主要流程，并确保按照标准流程工作；同时积极为公司流程优化提供建议

资质与能力 Qualification & Competencies

学历及工作经历

行业服务年限：2年以上医药/医疗器械领域/口腔领域产品管理经验；同时有销售经验的优先 学历：大学本科；口腔专业／临床医药专业，工商管理硕士优先； 其他：英语流利；办公室软件娴熟；具备敏捷的框架思维和数据分析能力；谨遵职业操守，积极进取，结果导向，敢于承担重任，优秀的学习能力和合作精神；良好的沟通协作能力

能力

业务和财务敏锐度 :数据分析能力，基本财务模型制定能力；能收集和解读行业信息报告； 制定产品线策略计划和执行：结合业务目标制定相应的产品线推广计划，价格策略，及跟进计划执行的有效性； 新产品上市能力：为拿证的新品制定商业化计划，并推动销售组织落地执行以达到新品业务目标； 市场洞察力和机会分析能力：行业趋势，同行技术和产品，客户为满足需求，以及机会转化方案。
