该职位负责支持美利肯亚洲化工业务在包装行业的持续拓展。

This position is established to support the continuing expansion of Milliken & Company’s Chemical business in package industry in Asia.

 

 

  1. 紧密与上游团队配合拓展含美利肯添加剂石化树脂在中国区的包装行业业务推广,重点在家电,家庭护理,食品饮品,个人护理包装等细分领域,涵盖挤吹,注塑,注拉吹等加工方式。

Work closely with upstream team on expansion of Milliken & Company’s Chemical business in packaging market in China, focusing on Appliance, homecare , Food& Beverages, personal care etc segments , including EBM, Injection Molding and ISBM processing .

 

  1. 直接深入地了解市场,推进含有美利肯产品的聚丙烯树脂对其产品包装材料的替换,推进与电器,日化和食品及个人护理品牌的合作。

Direct in-depth contact with market, managing strategic Appliances, CPG and food brands in order to promote using PP material containing Milliken additives to replace other material.

 

  1. 发掘包装/家电行业其他的材料取代潜在机会(用聚丙烯取代其他材料) 以促进其他美利肯化工产品的销售并提供服务,最终实现材料取代和量化树脂转换。

Capture and develop potential opportunities in packaging/appliance market, for material replacement opportunity (Using PP replacing others) to promote Milliken additives and provide service.

To achieve material substitution and quantitative resin conversion finally.

 

  1. 有效链接PP树脂生产商和PP包装产品各环节(品牌商, 包装生产企业,消费渠道以及用户等等),协助上游团队开发包装行业新机会(包括现有牌号新应用开发以及上游新牌号在包装行业的新推广),实现含美利肯透明剂/成核剂的树脂销售并提供服务。

Link PP producers and CPG each levels (Brand owners, fabricators, sales channel and the end consumers, etc.) effectively ,assist upstream team to develop package industry new OPPS (including new application development of current grades and PP resin new grades promotion in package industry), Achieve resin sales and provide services.

 

  1. 对细分领域和新兴行业能够迅速切入, 并对行业或细分领域有充分的认识,并发掘新的市场机会。

Be able to quickly enter into segmented fields and emerging industries, and have a full understanding of the industry or segmented fields, and explore new market opportunities.

 

  1. 不断收集竞争信息,并报告给管理层。

Continuously gather competitive information and report to management.

 

  1. 使用电脑和电子邮件,以应对全球业务单元与业务要求。经过培训后可以良好使用公司CRM系统。

Using computer and email to report global business units in line with business requirements. Well conduct with CRM system of Milliken after training.

 

  1. 其他工作需要的相关工作内容。

Other related work accordingly to the work requirements.

 

 

职务要求/ Requirements

 

  1. 学士或硕士学位,高分子材料,化学或其他科学专业

Bachelor or Master Degree preferred in Polymer, Chemistry or Material Science or other science.

  1. 在包装或塑料加工行业5年以上的工作经验,了解塑料包装行业,有直接与主要的日化和食品品牌的销售经验或技术服务方面的工作经验。应具有良好的沟通渠道并很好的尊重他人的工作。

More than 5 years’ experience in packaging industry or plastics processing industry , familiar with the industry and having direct sales or technical service experience with major CPG and food brands. Should have good contacts and be well respected in his current job.

  1. 熟悉塑料包装加工应用,如挤吹,注塑,注拉吹等,在品牌商或食品,日化,个人护理品包装加工企业有5年以上工作经验。

Familiar with plastic packaging processing and application, such as EBM, IM, ISBM, etc. At least 5 years of working experience in brands or CPG OEM and convertors.

  1. 必须具备同各个国际国内日化和食品品牌公司、塑料包装生产公司的市场部门,包装开发部门,技术和生产部门高层之间的联络能力。同较低的运营及各管理层皆有良好的主观能动的发展关系。

Must have the ability and presence to contact at high levels of marketing, packaging development, technical and production of local and multi-national CPG & food companies, plastic packaging manufactures. Should be comfortable and willing to develop relationships with lower operational and administrative levels.

The ability to adapt to Western company culture is important.  Strategic thinking is important.  Being an “ambassador” to represent Milliken’s products, services, and business offerings. Strong sales/development capability is required.

  1. 流畅,舒适的口语和书面英语者优先,有其他语言能力者优先。

Fluent, and comfortable speaking and writing in English is preferred, other languages are a plus.

  1. 该职位需要经常出差。

Frequent traveling is needed for this position.
