Accounting Manager for Global Accounts Receivable

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our Global Accounts Receivable team at GLG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain internal controls to ensure accurate and timely processing of cash receipts, adhering to internal commercial policies and generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Accounting teams to reconcile Fapiaos, invoices, and client charges.
  • Review client statement records for completeness and accuracy, identifying deviations from account receivable and bad debt across the Greater China business.
  • Work with customers to determine proper billing requirements and send accurate billing documents in a timely manner, contacting customers for overdue payments and instructing Accounting for proper cash application.
  • Assist with other administrative and accounting duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Accounting experience, with working knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and collection processes.
  • Experience working with multinational enterprises is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration with customers and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment with a small team.
  • Strong attention to detail to drive excellence.
  • Ability to work independently.
