Sales Account Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Management Lead to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. This role is responsible for driving business growth and development in the Beijing area, specifically targeting small store channels and managing sales activities within designated regions.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets, execute plans, and achieve set goals.
- Develop business growth plans for assigned clients, including direct customers such as wholesalers, retailers, and second-tier clients.
- Maintain control over expenses, ensuring effective use and authenticity of costs.
- Monitor and manage inventory and stock levels at distribution centers and retail stores to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with distributors to manage inventory and accounts receivable, ensuring optimal stock levels and manageable accounts receivable.
- Process and settle expenses in a timely manner and distribute market expenses fairly.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitors, challenges, and opportunities to the company.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Experience and ability to manage Beijing suburban dealer channels and wholesale channel management.
- Detailed analytical skills, able to identify business opportunities.
- Strong work attitude and sense of responsibility; adaptability and stress tolerance.
- Able to effectively manage teams and motivate them towards common goals.
- Excellent customer relationship building and database management skills.
- Effective negotiation and communication and coordination abilities.
- Full-time position.
- May require business trips based on business needs.
