Senior Account Manager for Cross-Border Sales Growth

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Amazon Information Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Branch) team in Shanghai, China.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or account management and experience in driving sales growth through effective pipeline management, business development, and client relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with cross-border sellers on Amazon
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts of prospective selling partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align programs and initiatives that drive growth in the existing seller base
- Analyze sales trends and drivers to develop recommendations for business growth
- Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework
Requirements:
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience with eCommerce payment industry
