Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Biopharma Account Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing accounts in the biopharma industry, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage existing biopharma accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the biopharma industry, preferably in account management or sales roles
  • Degree in biological science or related field; experience working with vaccines or antibodies is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the biopharma market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Chinese is required
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
