About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships with customers in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations through consultative engagement, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand business together.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets and customer business needs, driving accountability across extended virtual teams and internal industry experts.
  • Sales Excellence: Leverage best-in-class sales techniques and tools to meet customer needs, accelerate sales, and document stakeholder maps to inform account planning.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in the assigned industries. You will also coordinate with internal industry experts to gather industry data and improve planning.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or Master's Degree in Business Administration.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, account management, and sales excellence.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will bring a customer-centric approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
