Business Development Manager

As a Senior International Business Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will play a key part in our Business team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders across our worldwide subsidiaries. This role offers a dynamic and international working environment, with opportunities to engage with various industries. As a true entrepreneur, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing your Business Unit development strategy, services to offer, and monitoring its KPIs
- Drafting and negotiating business proposals, as well as managing relationships with partners and key accounts
- Recruiting and managing a team of consultants, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project reports
- Financial management of your profit center
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree from a reputable Business School or Engineering School
- 3+ years of experience in business development, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Chinese, and the ability to adapt to local economies
