Agoda is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships across various third-party distribution channels. This role will focus on account management, optimization, and implementation of key growth partner initiatives.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Manage and optimize existing partnerships to maximize revenue potential
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and support business fulfillment
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and account management
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the travel industry
Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
