Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Organon. This role will be based in location, but we have a flexible work arrangement that allows for remote work.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop solutions to meet business objectives.
A Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance, is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in sales planning, SFE capabilities, and analytics.
The annualized salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000 (Global) or $75,000 and $95,000 (Canada), depending on location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong background in sales planning, SFE capabilities, and analytics
- Fluent in English (Mandarin language skills a plus)
