Job Description

This is a highly sought-after position that offers a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen. As Senior Legal Counsel APAC, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our business in the Asia Pacific region.

About the Role
  • Supports and advises management on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial, corporate, labor & employment, litigation & claims, regulatory, IP management, and compliance.
  • Drafts and reviews commercial agreements, advises on corporate entity issues, and supports on IP matters, especially patents under local OpCo's name.
  • Leverages excellent organizational skills to prioritize tactical and strategic tasks, working effectively under pressure and responding to competing demands.
  • Balances problem-solving with business acumen, exercising sound judgment to drive results-oriented decision-making.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' legal experience, preferably with both law firm and in-house experience.
  • Master degree from an accredited law school and Chinese bar qualification.
  • Experience handling broad-ranging legal issues, with a focus on commercial matters, contract review, drafting, IP management, and litigation & claims management.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills, with experience working with multi-national businesses strongly preferred.
