Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Overview:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Offshore and Marine business segment.
  • This includes maintaining professional, top-in-class technical knowledge and relationships with stakeholders, as well as participating in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Sales Objectives: Forecast and develop bi-annual sales objectives for assigned territories, projecting expected sales revenue based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Sector Collaboration: Proactively engage with agents, shipyards, ship owners, consultants, and prospective customers to prepare precise and clear commercial offers and carry out the sales process in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Possess deep knowledge of business product offerings and value propositions, as well as monitor and track competition, economic indicators, and industry trends to align with most up-to-date commercial offers.
  • Sales Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
  • New Opportunities: Create new sales opportunities through proactive strategies and engage the market in early project phases.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain professional, top-in-class technical knowledge and relationships with stakeholders in the Offshore and Marine business segments.
  • Business Development: Contribute to exhibitions, fairs, demonstrations, etc., and participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and manage key accounts by building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships with current customer bases and understanding their needs to propose the best-in-class solutions.

Salary: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
