Overview

ZF Group is a leading global automotive supplier, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Shanghai, China.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in Asia-Pacific (AP) region.
  • You will be responsible for taking all sales activities related to ZF procedures in AP, developing the PL CC Steering TieRod and Suspension Ball Joint business in AP, defining and developing sales and product strategy for AP, cooperating with HQ and production locations worldwide for customers' related issues, and maintaining and increasing customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in AP region.
  • Take all sales activities related to ZF procedures in AP.
  • Develop the PL CC Steering TieRod and Suspension Ball Joint business in AP.
  • Define and develop sales and product strategy for AP.
  • Come up with ways to maintain and increase customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
