Coffee Shop Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coffee Shop Business Development Executive to join our team at Franke. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the coffee shop market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including coffee shop chains and independent operators
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate ourselves and drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the coffee shop market in China
- Bachelor or master degree in business, marketing, or engineering
- Coffee shop business development experience is essential, as is a passion for the coffee industry
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with professionals at all levels
- Fluent Chinese and English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales force software
- Self-motivated and independent character, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
