As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to drive growth and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their business needs and priorities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation and growth within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of account plans.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful account management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
