Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales and business development in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong business acumen, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:
- Significant travel required, including international travel.
- Non-traditional work hours may be required.
