About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product development strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and optimize costs.
  • Conduct technical guidance and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, test results, and product performance data.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of laboratory experience in multinational companies, with a strong background in R&D.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
