Senior Business Development Manager for Medical Products in Shanghai

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Siemens Healthineers Digital Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth and revenue in the medical products sector.
About the RoleAs a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing IBD product management processes to drive business revenue and market growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring efficient execution of all IBD product management processes to drive business revenue and market growth.
- Developing market and customer-oriented marketing strategies, offerings, and communication methods for install base business.
- Identifying new services and opportunities, rolling out and implementing them in the country product management.
- Leveraging special campaigns within the service environment.
- Consolidating and converting all required information for the IBD price book for the local market and preparing contract proposals and quotations.
- Supporting sales by collaborating with the local sales organization and ensuring technical knowledge transfer during sales offers and projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years' experience in marketing and product management, preferably with knowledge of clinical applications or technical expertise.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medical science or biomedical engineering.
- Excellent English language skills.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous annual bonus, comprehensive health insurance, and a retirement savings plan. The estimated salary for this role is RMB 600,000 - RMB 800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
