About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Dermatology Business Development Manager to join our team in Shanghai, China. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Job Description:- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow market share.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and medical, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (medicine, pharmacy, biology).
- Experience: At least 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Competitive Salary: ¥600,000 - ¥800,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Bonus Scheme: Eligible for annual bonuses based on individual performance and company results.
