About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team at Lenze. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales partners to drive new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop targeted strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A degree in electronic or mechanical engineering or automation control.
- Proven experience in sales development, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in selling electronic and mechanical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Knowledge of drive system products and their applications in various industries.
What We Offer
