Senior Skincare Sales Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Skincare Sales Manager to lead our national sales team in China. As a key member of our Coty team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives the profitability of our Orveda and Lancaster brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop retail sales plans, ranking objectives, market share by door, and achieve fiscal year goals.
- Create annual and monthly sales forecasts (sell-in and sell-through) to inform business decisions.
- Direct the activities of the national sales team to ensure strategic business objectives are met and exceeded.
