Business Development Manager China Beauty Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Chinese beauty industry. This role requires strong relationships with key accounts, operational efficiency, and strategic credibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit plans by managing PnL for key accounts across TR China
- Develop commercial strategies for retailers in line with budget targets to reach sales and profitability levels
- Identify new business opportunities within the region, including new brands listing, new retailers, and distribution expansion
Requirements:
- Experience working with China retailers and knowledge of the beauty category
- Experience in Travel Retail is an advantage
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Organized and disciplined approach to evaluating priorities in a fast-changing environment
