Senior Marketing and Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our Com & In team in increasing home furnishing interest and demand for IKEA solutions in the local market.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a store commercial calendar with the store management team to create vitality and seasonality in the store.
- Lead the store Com&In team to use knowledge of IKEA home furnishing to grow the business, including identifying current and future business needs to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- Partner with the store manager to stimulate interest in home furnishing for all co-workers and contribute to the store business plan using knowledge of people's life at home and consumer shopping behavior.
- Secure relevant and inspiring range presentation solutions, optimal store layout, and effective store communication that builds the IKEA Brand and distances competitors.
- Ensure the store commercial team understands store layout, range presentation, and store communication to contribute to the work method for range presentation.
- Contribute to creating a store commercial team that inspires and surprises visitors with strong visual impressions exceeding expectations, strengthening the IKEA Brand and converting visitors into customers.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience in marketing and sales. You should be able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve business goals, as well as think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Other benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
