Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in trade marketing, with a focus on managing BTL programs and executing sales execution plans for key portfolio initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute BTL elements of all key brand programs, ensuring timely and excellent delivery.
  • Manage and execute experiential programs, delivering exceptional experiences for customers and consumers.
  • Assist line manager in developing final execution plans for retail channels, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Monitor and track $A&P spend for agreed projects, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Manage brand POS and inventory, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, direction, and execution of marketing programs.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving cultural and personal development within the organization.
  • Manage and nurture agency relationships, achieving best results and bringing new ideas to the table.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trade Marketing Manager who possesses:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably with a marketing major.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, marketing, PR, or events.
  • FMCG trade marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
  • FMCG retail channel experience is beneficial.
  • Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow and approvals.
  • A clear and confident communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage agencies.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing BTL programs, as well as managing $A&P budgets.
