About the Role

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Trade Marketing Director to lead our channel development and management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving portfolio strategy, promotional strategy, and core business cycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales forecast and budget planning processes in collaboration with the sales team and eCommerce-MKT team.
  • Cascade brand strategy and marketing plans to channels, ensuring seamless resource allocation to achieve target goals.
  • Monitor account P&L, generate optimization directions for the sales team and eCommerce-MKT, and oversee execution.
  • Design pricing strategies, promotional policies, and manage promotional investments to maximize ROI.
  • Evaluate and improve eCommerce in-site execution, including D11, 618, SBD, and new product launches.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in eCommerce.
  • Fluent English language skills, both writing and speaking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Trade marketing or sales experience.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
