Import and Cross-Border Ecommerce Lead

Job Summary
The Import and Cross-Border Ecommerce Lead will be responsible for embedding the ecommerce 2025 strategy plan, leveraging import and cross-border channels to provide more choices of portfolio to consumers, and incubating more business engines for MDLZ future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for import & CBEC business and delivery of relevant targets.
- Connection with global teams to fulfill consumer demands on import & CBEC products.
- Management of multiple channels (EC, KA, DT, etc.) to accelerate import & CBEC business.
- Cooperation with marketing import teams to develop PPAs.
- Management of import distributors and CBEC TPs to improve efficiency.
- Incubation of new brands/products from other markets in CBEC model.
- Management of trade spending and A&C investment, improvement of profitability consistently.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus.
- Good planning with global vision, insight to action.
- Strong project management experiences.
- People management, talent development.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills both in Chinese and English.
- Fluent MS office operation skills, i.e.: PPT, Excel, Word, etc.
- Distributor management.
- At least 10 years sales experience in consumer goods industry.
- At least 3 years of import business related experiences in recent years.
- Experience with global communication experience.
