Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our cross-border commerce efforts. As a Digital Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts
  • Fostering a deep understanding of cross-border business trends and events
  • Implementing account management best practices and SOPs into our business development framework
  • Partnering with other Amazon teams to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in our existing seller base

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop targeted sales plans, and execute on those plans to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying companies or equivalent
  • A track record of influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
