Alexander Wong is a leading provider of innovative e-commerce solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.

About this Job

This role is responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to drive business growth across multiple external and internal-facing education programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of content strategy to meet learner needs and business objectives. Analyze industry trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Manage a team of four content developers. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure team cohesion and productivity.
  • Oversee the content development roadmap and ensure timely production of high-quality content. Edit and approve content pieces, ensuring they align with standards.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with product and program management, product marketing, sales, and account management teams to create cohesive and impactful content. Ensure alignment of content with knowledge about Selling on Amazon.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in content management or related roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with direct oversight of content teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to analyze data and use analytics to drive content decisions, identify potential issues and initiate solutions proactively.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong portfolio of published content. A keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of project outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the cross-border e-commerce landscape, including regulatory, logistical, and cultural challenges of export e-commerce operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence others and manage relationships effectively.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth industry environment is highly desirable.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of content trends and integrating innovative approaches into content creation.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is RMB 600,000 - RMB 800,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, pension plans, and paid time off.
