Job Summary

As a Digital Ecommerce Strategist - Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for driving ecommerce partner account growth and developing full-funnel marketing plans to maximize sell-through and ROI. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, retail sales, and channel marketing to drive strategic decisions about our marketing investment strategy and marketing mix at the partner level.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in ecommerce marketing management, people management, and channel marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effectiveness in thru-the-line planning, execution excellence online, and team growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute omnichannel strategies and full-funnel marketing plans across consumer channels to drive profitable sell-through and build brand advocacy.
  • Influence conversion through seamless and connected shopper journeys, optimize retail presence, and create short, medium, and long-term full-funnel partner marketing plans that drive ecommerce/omnichannel sales motions and maximize sell-through & ROI.
  • Leverage eCommerce events and sales motions to enlarge business size through digital marketing excellence, mobile-first executions, and social commerce.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field AND 7+ years digital, retail, channel marketing, marketing, retail sales, or commercial sales experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience.
  • 4+ years ecommerce marketing management experience with a proven track record.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
