Digital Marketing Strategy

At DSM, we're seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to drive business growth for our Perfumery business in China. The successful candidate will formulate and implement our aligned digital strategy within social media and e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the digital marketing strategy and its implementation.
  • Position DSM-Firmenich as the best-in-class fragrance house in the digital landscape by ensuring the right portfolio of fragrance solutions for the digital market and promoting them accordingly.
  • Develop effective digital promotional tools and monitor their use for continuous improvement.
  • C coordinate and collaborate with third-party agencies to execute digital campaigns.

Digital Business Development

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of China's online social and e-commerce channels and brands, including macro trends, consumer drivers, and market dynamics.
  • Consolidate digital market knowledge into actionable insights for internal development and external clients.
  • Be recognized as a digital expert and advocate the importance of China's evolving digital marketplace through regular sharing and events.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Marcom, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 4-8 years of management experience within the perfumery/flavor industries or FMCG.
  • Fluent oral and written English capability.
