The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, from conception to execution, to ensure successful livestreams that contribute positively to CBG's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for all sub-brands under CBG, including KOL coop livestreams, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Establish efficient workflows for internal execution of live broadcasts and KOL coop matrices, ensuring timely optimization when necessary.
  • Design and execute live broadcast infrastructure, including planning, execution, and promotion, with a focus on quality content creation.
  • Analyze data from live broadcasts and KOL coops, identify areas for improvement, and optimize operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, adjusting our livestream strategy accordingly to remain competitive.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
