Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company compensation and benefits programs. Lead monthly payroll events/process to make sure the on time payment and accuracy including attendance, social security and salary payment. Define the Compensation& Benefit initiative such as retention project, benefits localization, wellness project, EAP project, service award program, compensation and other survey participation; Lead vendor management. Negotiates coverage services and costs with carriers. Responsible for social security yearly review and update required by Government. Lead the attendance data maintenance, leveraging the resource in MFG.  Lead and conduct the annual compensation planning cycle – new salary range, salary structure development and ensuring the most cost effective salary changes and highest level of equity across functions/departments Forecast and analysis - Analyze monthly actuals and provide forecast by collaborating with business stakeholders to drive financial improvement, support to facilitate R8Q and corrective action. Perform analysis as requested by other team members in support of broader initiatives Coach, counsel and educate other HR functions on C&B/payroll policies and practices

Qualifications

 Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 12 or more years of related experience and 7 or more years on C&B or payroll.  The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.  Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to drive priorities and initiatives. Outstanding management skills, including diplomacy, clear communication style and employee development. Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with changes Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn; can work under pressure and meet the requirement of deadline Positive “can do” attitude to try and solve any problem High attention to details; self-motivated and team player
