Mission:

Develop, propose and implements policies,methods, processes or programs regarding Total Rewards in Region China.

Responsibilities:

· Ensureimplementation of global, regional and local compensation policies and programs(i.e. salary policies, job evaluation, administrative procedures, incentivesschemes, equity programs, recognition & rewards, Top awards) in a timelymanner with high quality.

· Monitor theeffectiveness of compensation programs and recommend modification andoptimization.

· Develop andmaintain Total Rewards dashboard, incl. pay competitiveness analysis for Hi-Po,levers, etc.

· Act as CompPartner for Varian business, covering market pricing, offer proposal outlierreview, merit process support, etc.

· Monitor marketand competitor trends, and provide regular sharing and insights within HR team.

· Create, optimize,implement and execute compensation related policy, process and guideline, andprovide expert advice and guidance to HR/business.

· Participate TotalRewards related projects and lead local initiativs.

· Coach and guidejunior compensation professional.

· Other taskssupport assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

·8+ workingexperience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment, withbackground from top-tier C&B consulting firm if preferred.

· Bachelor degreeor above
