Manager, Managed Services Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Managed Services Operations to join our team at SHL. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for leading our team of project consultants, project managers, and project associates in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our projects, meeting client expectations, and driving business growth.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in team management, leadership, and customer service. You will be responsible for leading and developing your team to achieve their full potential, while also ensuring that we deliver exceptional results to our clients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project consultants, project managers, and project associates to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our services.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in business development activities to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, leading a team of project consultants, project managers, and project associates.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients, meeting expectations, and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate your team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand our business goals and objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
