Your Main Responsibilities

Act as a trusted and thoughtful partner for the business leaders to identify the organizational capabilities and leadership needed for today and tomorrow. Identify critical HR metrics, needs for change management and champion related activities. Understand the talent needs for the business, and create a vision for talent strategy. Develop diverse talent pipeline and next generation of leaders. Co-create the workforce planning (1-2 year perspective) considering the global businesses and local business planning. Ensures effective communication and collaboration with the TA team, HR Consultants and the COE teams within area of responsibility. Offers proactive insights and input to Region China HR Head and respective business leaders for consideration in China People Strategy. Communicate and promote company purpose and culture to employees; Design/implement HR programs/initiatives to support company culture and preferred behaviors. Lead and coordinate efforts to implement global HR programs/strategic initiatives. Adjust HR strategies to respond to changing business needs; prioritize across HR needs.

Your Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university; Master in Business mgt related is preferred 8 years HR domain experience with at least one specialized domain (C&B; OD; TD; ER; TA); Multinational company experience (+2 years), healthcare industry is preferred Support multiple functions experience (R&D, Commercial, corporate functions) Solid project experience as core member or team lead: HR transformation; Re-org; COE project design&roll out; M&A; Strategic planning, etc. Effective communication and strong stakeholder influencing skills Strategic mindset and nimble learning Agility and collaboration
