How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a member of both the China EXCO and APAC HR EXCO, you will have the key responsibilities to the below strategic areas:

Develop and implement a strong and forward-looking people strategy that encompasses holistic areas of HR such as workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, learning and development, total rewards, etc. with the great support of our HQ & APAC COE teams, close partnership with other Functional Heads and Maisons’ Managing Directors, Be a strategic partner and an influencer to our China CEO and all maisons. Drive the HR transformation by raising the bar high and upgrade the organization capability to support both current business strategy and future growth. Hire, develop, and lead a fully functional ONE HR team in China. Set clear roles and responsibilities for HRBPs, COEs, and People Operations whilst fostering collaboration across the functional teams with a performance-driven and caring culture. Be a key driver to develop a strong people-caring culture and contributing to the local society with a strong corporate social responsibility mindset, as part of our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  Achieve a strong partnership between local, regional and global teams, while working closely with (and reporting to) the Chief Executive Officer, China, and Chief People Officer, APAC, which will be key to your success 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 - What skills do you need to succeed:

15+ years in HR, with significant leadership track record in big MNCs - ideally in an international, fast-paced environment ( consumer goods, technology, retail or creative/emotional industries with a matrix organization). Proven leadership capabilities, also in virtual, remote settings. An eye for talent and the capability to build and develop talent pipeline. Experiences in managing and leading change and in creating and maintaining an agile, digital and modern work environment. Knowledge of local labor law and your network of local key stakeholders (government, universities, consultants, etc.) is up to date Outstanding communication, negotiating and influencing skills. Strong business acumen - understanding of the (internal and external) clients and the organization as business manager with a focus to effectively advise on all people aspects. Ability to juggle between the design & implementation of strategic initiatives, whilst getting "down and dirty" with the day-to-day work required to keep the business running smoothly. Experience in Coaching, Agility or other working methods is a big plus Fluent in English and Mandarin
