They are looking for Business Development Manager's to join their team in Shanghai. The successful applicants will play a key role in shaping and growing the brand by developing relationships with C-level executives, providing a consultative approach, recommending suitable HR solutions.
Job Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to take your sales career to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing client networks, and managing client relationships across enterprise-level companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in the enterprise market by building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management solutions, guiding clients through SHL’s product offerings and research.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including marketing and product) to provide actionable insights and customized solutions for clients.
- Build and present proposals to C-Suite executives, converting conversations into contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain the sales pipeline through CRM and other sales tools, ensuring all relevant information is captured and up-to-date
Requirements
- Extensive sales experience in the enterprise sector, with proven success in developing and closing complex deals
- Experience in C-suite negotiations and partnership development.
- Ability to manage large sales processes, including whitespace evaluation, lead generation, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred.
- Experience working in SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
