Your Role

Be responsible for the profit & loss of marine equipment business, including NIS, FC, OI & OR, CGP & UGP.etc.Manage and lead marine business team to plan and implement sales & marketing activities, achieve sustainable profitable growth in line with our Cross Divisional Marine strategy.Ensure Owners, Technical Managers, OEM-ers and shipyards are given the right attention and build up a network to maximize the efforts that these customers will put Atlas Copco as “First in Mind, First in choice” in their buying processes for all Equipment & Services in ChinaImprove customer satisfaction by delivering high quality quotations with excellent sales follow-up and project execution to Atlas Copco Compressor Technique (potential) customers.To continuously improve/develop and execute our Cross Divisional Marine strategy, to achieve growth targets, in line with the Divisional plans.Prepare and present cross divisional marine business plans and results on Business Review Meetings, recommend modifications and enhancements that will secure sales goals and explore full potential of the business.Actively interact with other BLMs to maximize the synergies on business development, process optimization, logistics, sales tools (C4C , Showpad etc), and sales trainings to ensure operations efficiency.Work with HR team on marine team’s recruitment, competence development, motivation retain and other people management related work.Always support implementation of the SHEQ Policy and follow Atlas Copco Way.

To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements

Strong business and commercial sense with the ability to analyze data to determine business trends.Strong strategic and conceptual capabilities to lead and develop the business.Proven track record of delivering results in sales and marketing, and sound commercial awareness.Sales and marketing experience in compressor technology & marine applications in China are highly desirable.A clear vision and ability to achieve results from action plans derived from a solid strategic platform, and solid marketing and sales management experience.

Knowledge
- Native speaker of Chinese language and good qualification in all English skills.
- Good at computer skills.

- Digitalization and big data awareness.

Educational requirements

-Graduate from University with a minimum of bachelor’s degree with major in Business, Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or equivalent by experience.
